Does it work for providers running SENCE-funded courses?

Yes. CertifiPro issues the completion certificate you hand to each learner and its public verification, with the course, instructor, hours and dates. It complements your records: official filings still happen where they must, while we take care of the document and of letting anyone confirm it.

How does a third party verify a certificate?

Every certificate carries a unique code and a QR code. Whoever receives it — an employer, an HR team, a public body — scans the QR or types the code into your verification page and sees on screen whether the certificate is valid, which course and person it belongs to, and when it was issued. No account, no password, nothing to install.

Can I use my own verification domain?

Yes, and it is what we recommend. The verification page sits on a subdomain of yours, for example certificates.your-institute.cl, with your logo and your colours. We set it up together with your IT team: in practice it is one DNS record.

What do learners receive?

An email with their certificate as a PDF, ready to print or attach to an application, plus the verification link. The PDF uses the template you designed, with your logo, your signatures and your seal.

Is my data safe?

Information travels encrypted over HTTPS and each institution works in its own separate space: your courses, learners and templates are not visible to another institution. The public page shows only what is needed to validate a certificate. Before signing anything we are happy to walk your team through the technical details and how personal data is handled.

Do I need to install anything?

No. CertifiPro runs in the browser: you sign in to the dashboard with your email and password, from any computer. No server of your own, no design licences, and nothing extra for your IT team to maintain.
